Will you manage my social media?
Our core service is setup and handoff. Daily posting, inbox replies, advertising, and ongoing management aren't included. We help you get ready to handle the basics yourself.
What if I already have accounts?
That's a useful starting point. We'll review them and quote for the cleanup you need. Account recovery, duplicate Google listings, and more complicated issues are assessed separately.
Do I own everything afterward?
Yes. Your business keeps ownership of its accounts. We use appropriate access to help with setup, then show you how to manage access yourself.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes. We help small businesses across the U.S. remotely through video calls and online check-ins. We'll guide you through the setup, account access, and handoff from wherever you work.
How much does it cost?
You'll receive a one-time quote after a quick review of your business and existing accounts. Extra platforms, photography, logo design, and account recovery are outside the standard package unless included in your quote.
What do I need to get started?
Your business details, logo and photos if you have them, plus access to any existing profiles. We'll guide you through granting access and any owner verification steps. Please don't send passwords through the inquiry form.
How long does setup take?
We'll confirm your timeline after reviewing your accounts and receiving the details we need. Platform verification and account recovery can take longer and are handled separately.
Am I paying Google for my profile?
Google Business Profile is free. Our one-time fee covers our setup, cleanup and guidance. Build Your Online Presence is an independent service provider.
Can you guarantee Google verification or rankings?
Google controls eligibility, verification, and search placement. We help eligible businesses set up accurate profiles and guide owners through the required steps. Approval and rankings aren't guaranteed.
